A secure and competitive Europe or a green one – why not both? Summary of the Think2030 Dialogue Poland

A secure and competitive Europe or a green one – why not both? Summary of the Think2030 Dialogue Poland

About the project

The Think2030 conference, organised by the Reform Institute and the Institute for European Environmental Policy (IEEP), brought together more than a hundred guests of various backgrounds: politicians, scientists, experts from NGOs and think tanks, as well as business representatives. Participants of the sessions on Clean Industrial Deal, sustainable agriculture, and the expansion of the Emissions Trading System (the so-called ETS2) exchanged views and presented solutions in an effort to find a common path to a more sustainable, secure and competitive European Union economy. What path should be taken during the current presidency – and the next upcoming ones – to move closer to this goal? More about this in the event summary and policy briefs available below.

A gallery with photos from the conference is available HERE.
We also encourage you to watch a film showing the conference from behind the scenes.

The event was held under the honorary patronage of the Polish Ministry of Climate and Environment and the Polish Presidency of the EU Council.
